Spring is just around the corner and it is time for you to start thinking about the 19th Annual Royal Oak in Bloom scheduled for Sunday, May 13, 2012 from 7 am - 2 pm. The event will once again take place in the Williams St. municipal parking lot, located at Eleven Mile Road and Williams Street, in front of Royal Oak City Hall and the Royal Oak Public Library. Spaces are reserved on a first come/first served basis. To confirm your spots, please complete and return the enclosed application, with full payment by April 8, 2012.
