Join the Royal Oak Chamber's Young Ambitious Leaders (YAL) for an evening of relaxation, connection, and fun!
We'll kick things off at YogaSix with a Restore class featuring gentle stretching, mindful breathing, and stress relief. No yoga experience necessary!
Then, we'll head next door to Great Dane Pub for happy hour, good conversation, and a chance to connect with fellow young professionals.
Don't forget to wear your yoga gear. Working out in a suit or jeans is no fun.
