Join Michigan by the Bottle in Royal Oak for a guided Wine + Cheese Pairing Experience featuring Bonobo Winery and Dolcetto Cheese.

Hosted by Bonobo co-owner Todd Oosterhouse and Dolcetto owner Lindsay Kennedy, this relaxed and interactive tasting experience will feature five Bonobo wines thoughtfully paired with five artisan cheeses selected to complement and elevate each pour.

Throughout the afternoon, guests will explore:

 • Why certain wine + cheese pairings work

 • How texture, acidity, and flavor interact

 • The stories behind the wines and cheeses

 • Michigan wine through a fun, approachable lens
