Annual Events Brought To You By The Royal Oak Chamber
WE NEED VOLUNTEERS- click here to sign up
This September, the Royal Oak Chamber of Commerce invites you to discover Barktoberfest, a fall festival for dogs and their people, taking place on September 16 & 17 in Memorial Park. Centered around live entertainment and locally brewed craft beer, this is the most dog-friendly event in town.
Barktoberfest encourages you to leash up your pooch pal and come out to enjoy a beer, food from a selection of food trucks and live music while you browse local vendor booths. These booths will feature everything from pet-related products to locally made crafts and options to please craft beer lovers – even help out potential home brewers. There will even be contests on stage, including a Howl-A-Ween Costume Contest and Weiner Dog Race.
Barktoberfest is a great place to listen to music, enjoy a locally brewed beer and socialize with your best friend – 2 legged or 4 legged.
We're looking for vendors who sell pet-related items, craft beer goodies (man cave, cool tees, brewing supplies) and Made in Michigan fun stuff. If you're interested, click here
