2019 ATHENA AWARDS
The ATHENA Leadership Award was inspired by the goddess of
Greek mythology known for her strength, courage, wisdom and
enlightenment - qualities embodied in the ATHENA® Leadership
The ATHENA Leadership Award is presented to an
individual who is honored for their professional excellence,
community service and for actively assisting women in their
attainment of professional excellence and leadership skills.
At this empowering event you will be able to mingle with movers
and shakers and other individuals actively seeking to support
women. It is also a great experience to share with your tribe of
women as fun night out that will leave you inspired and motivated.
To enhance your experience and senses, you will be served a
plated meal by the fine chefs of the Great Lakes Culinary Center
in Southfield, MI. This venue offers indoor and outdoor seating as well as an organic garden and ample parking.https://www.glculinarycenter.com
The event will begin at 5:00 with networking with dinner and the awards presentation starting at 6:00 pm.
Tickets are $50 and are included in certain levels of sponsorships for the event. Money that is not used to fund the Awards Dinner is put towards a scholarship that used to pay tuition for a Royal Oak High School Student.
The Business Women's Network (BWN) is a branch of The Royal Oak Chamber Of Commerce. Our focus is to support and promote women in their business and community.
