Blaufränkisch Library Tasting Experience

Ever wondered what happens when you don’t drink a red wine right away? Let’s find out. Join us at Michigan by the Bottle – Royal Oak for a Blaufränkisch Library Tasting Experience featuring three vintages of Aurora Cellars’ Blaufränkisch — 2018, 2020 and 2021. Same vineyard. Same grape. Three different years. We’ll taste them side by side and explore how time softens tannins, deepens spice and adds layers of complexity. Think of it as a glow-up… but for wine. If you love Pinot Noir, cool-climate reds, savory spice, or wines with bright acidity and structure — you will LOVE Blaufränkisch. Aurora ambassador Joey Sheldon will guide us through the tasting, share insight into each vintage and answer your burning wine questions. Bonus: We’ll have bottles of the 2021 vintage available for purchase — a vibrant, structured release that’s perfect if you’d like to start your own mini cellar (future you will thank you).
