We have two nonprofit consultants ready to help you. 

Heather Carmona – Managing Director

Heather brings more than 25 years’ experience working and serving in various nonprofit sectors including economic and community development, education, and human services. She’s worked for a social-impact technology company and held executive positions with two area nonprofits as Chief Administrative Officer and Executive Director and is keen at adapting and responding to client needs. A Certified Health Coach (CHC) she volunteers with several organizations, loves to read nonfiction and enjoys open water swimming.

 

Jodi Overman – Assistant Director, Grand Rapids Office

Jodi’s professional experience includes serving in various director-level fundraising, administration, and program-level positions. Over the course of her 25-year career, she’s held positions in higher education and public-private agencies in both Michigan and California. She holds an M.S. in Educational Administration and has strong knowledge of nonprofit governance, financial management, nonprofit and philanthropic collaboration, and ethics. Jodi enjoys spending time in the kitchen cooking for friends and family.
