    Sweet Maine lobster meat over a medley of ripe tropical fruit tossed w/ toasted walnuts, dried cranberries, grape tomato & feta on a bed of artisan field greens w/ a mango yogurt dressing.

    Jumbo Shrimp Martini w/ Valentine Vodka Cocktail Sauce
    Plump jumbo shrimp w/ a spicy Valentine Vodka infused cocktail sauce in a chilled martini glass.
     
     
    Sesame Calamari w/ Sriracha Honey
    Crunchy rings of sesame crusted calamari, nestled around a purple cabbage slaw garnished w/ rosettes of wasabi and sweet orange supremes and drizzled w/ a sriracha infused honey.

    Roasted Red Snapper w/ Smoked Gouda Mashed Potato
    Flaky pan roasted red snapper over Gouda mashed potato, crowned w/ a delicious apple & toasted walnut compote. Finished w/ a rich balsamic reduction and served w/ tender rainbow Swiss chard.
     
    Lobster, Shrimp & Crab Cannelloni
    Tender oven baked cannelloni stuffed w/ Maine lobster, sweet blue crab, tender Gulf shrimp, baby spinach, tomato & smoked mozzarella and draped w/ a luscious sherry cream.
    Served w/ a savory root vegetable hash.
     
    Pan Roasted Tuscan Chicken
    Pan roasted chicken breast, pan seared to perfection layered w/ fresh mozzarella, served beside a Tuscan white bean puree & baby arugula and draped w/ a delicious citrus butter w/ capers, tomato & Kalamata olive.
     
     Surf N’ Turf
    A cluster of sweet Alaskan snow crab served w/ lemon infused butter,  paired with a tenderloin medallion of seared Angus beef served over a rich sweet potato puree and drizzled w/ a touch of mellow garlic cream.  Garnished w/ a crispy ale battered onion ring and tender grilled asparagus.
     
     
    Pan Seared Canadian Salmon w/ a Fingerling & Wild Mushrooms Hash
    A savory cut of rich pan seared salmon served over a delicious fingerling potato hash w/ smoky applewood bacon, mellow leeks and tender wild mushrooms. Crowned w/ a dollop of aromatic herb butter and a drizzle of beet infused olive oil.
